For a MicroChurch to be relationally healthy and missionally engaged, it needs leaders who are discipled, supported, and accountable. That’s why in addition to FOLLOW THE WAY Discipleship Journey, we have LEAD THE WAY Leadership Journey.

Transitioning an existing group into a fully functioning MicroChurch

The Core Training
The Core consists of our seven primary lessons on leading a MicroChurch. It pairs with our six-week group immersion into MicroChurch called BE THE WAY.
BE THE WAY explores the WHAT and WHY of MicroChurch.
LEAD THE WAY explores the WHO and HOW of leading a MicroChurch—who we are called to be as leaders and how to faithfully lead a MicroChurch.
Here’s what’s covered:
A seven-week Core Cohort is regularly offered for those wishing to explore leadership in The Way.
Ongoing Support
We also offer ongoing support through our monthly Leadership Community Meetings, Continuing Ed lessons (see list below), and one-on-one Leadership Coaching.
