For a MicroChurch to be relationally healthy and missionally engaged, it needs discipled, supported and accountable leadership. That’s why in addition to Follow The Way Discipleship Journey, we have Lead The Way Leadership Journey.

Lead The Way is for you!

Lead The Way works with our six-week group immersion into MicroChurch called Be The Way. Lead The Way takes a deeper dive and covers critical leadership values and skills.

Lead The Way is our foundational training. We also offer ongoing support through our monthly Leadership Community Meetings and one-on-one Leadership Coaching. Be part of something bigger, get your questions answered, learn from the experience of others and pray for God’s blessing on other MicroChurch leaders. You don’t need to lead alone. We’re here to help!
