DAILY DECLARATION
United with Christ
You are encouraged to say and pray this out loud.
I declare that by grace, through faith, I am in Christ and Christ is in me.
Because I am united with Christ:
I have been chosen in Christ before the foundation of the world.
I have been crucified with Christ. My sins are forgiven.
I have been raised to new life with Christ. I am born again and eternally alive.
I count myself dead to sin and alive to God in Christ.
I have been rescued from the authority of darkness and transferred into the Kingdom of Light.
I am seated with Christ in the heavenly realms and share in His Kingdom victory, power, and authority.
I look forward to the return of Christ, when He will bring salvation and the completion of His Kingdom.
Through Christ, God the Father is my Abba, Father, and I am His child.
The Holy Spirit lives within me and empowers me as Jesus’ witness.
Jesus Christ and the Holy Spirit continually intercede for me.
Therefore, in the mighty power of God, I put on the full armor of God to take my stand against the devil’s schemes.
I put on:
The belt of truth,
The breastplate of righteousness,
The footwear of the Good News of peace,
The shield of faith, with which I can extinguish all the flaming arrows of the evil one,
The helmet of salvation,
The sword of the Spirit, which is the Word of God,
And I pray in the Spirit on all occasions with all kinds of prayers and requests for all God’s people.
I now declare to my enemies — to my flesh, the world, and Satan:
I am in Christ and Christ is in me.
Jesus is my Savior and Lord.
Jesus is my Commander and King.
Jesus is my righteousness, holiness, and freedom.
In Christ, I have authority to overcome all the power of the enemy.
So in Jesus’ name, I say, “Get behind me, Satan!”
I claim the protection of the name of Jesus Christ over myself (include the names of your family and anyone and anything entrusted to your care).
I commit to live today for the glory of God the Father by remaining in Christ and in His Word and by keeping in step with the Spirit.
And I will seek first God’s Kingdom and His righteousness, knowing that my heavenly Father will provide all that I need.
In Jesus’ name, Amen.
